All payments made to SkyRecords LLC are non-refundable once service delivery has begun.

If a project has not started, refund requests may be reviewed within 3 business days of payment.

Custom marketing services, advertising setup, consulting sessions, and digital strategy services are non-refundable due to the nature of digital work.
